The Group plans to launch a new office automation system (OA) after October 1. For this purpose, the group employees are specially organized to participate in learning online and offline.
Colleagues from all departments shall learn and understand the relevant operation procedures of OA system. According to the OA system module (process, execution, knowledge, attendance, etc.) and the actual needs, the user submits the application and approves it, and tests whether each flow path is normal and effective, and whether it meets the daily needs.
Participants find, raise and solve problems in learning. The Operations Management Center devoted a lot of manpower to ensure that the new system could be brought online on schedule.
